This article analyzes the treatment of testimonies and translations of women victims of forced displacement in the context of the Colombian conflict. In the first part, the place of testimony and translation is contextualized with a theoretical perspective of memory studies. Afterwards, the methodological proposal of the translation is developed, explaining the design of the “three-dimensional mosaic of translation” which is composed of three levels. At each level, the translation processes are analyzed and finally it is concluded that the Colombian territory is also outside national borders because it is a country of migrants, highlighting the political and emotional power of women victims to articulate processes of militancy and care to transform the situation in Colombia.
